High protein foods have the power to keep you full. Enjoy the following healthy, easy snack ideas for a boost of protein and extra calcium too!

Adora Calcium Chocolate Trail Mix
1 Adora Calcium Supplement
1 Ounce Almonds (approx 22)
1 Small Box of Raisins (.5 oz)

Protein = 7 grams

Strawberry Smoothie
½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
Calories = 237
Protein = 13 grams
Calcium = 440 mg

Chips & Dip
10 - 15 Tortilla Chips (preferably whole grain)
½ Cup Vegetarian Refried Beans
Optional – garlic or chili powder to taste

Protein = 8 grams

Whole Grain Toast with Peanut Butter
1 Slice Whole Grain Toast
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
