It is June and that means summer is coming! It sure hasn’t felt like spring in chilly Connecticut lately, so in this issue of the “circle of health” we are hoping to promote warmer weather by paying homage to that beautiful beacon of warmth in sky, the sun. Sunshine contributes to a healthy dose of vitamin D production which, as we discuss in Vitamin D Does it All, is one powerful nutrient!

How to Store Chocolate Calcium

You only need to know two simple words to store chocolate properly - "cool" and "dark." Chocolate doesn't fare well in temperatures above 70 degrees. Since Adora Calcium is made from premium chocolate it can start to melt if it is left in a warm car or stored on a sunny counter. While this will not impact the calcium or vitamins in the supplement, warmer temps can cause the fat to separate, which ultimately affects the creaminess of the product.
