More than 23 million Americans are living with diabetes, and nearly 25% don't even know it! With numbers like that, chances are every single one of you will be touched by the disease in some way. Since November is American Diabetes Month® this is the ideal time to learn all you can about this national health crisis. Thankfully, it is preventable for many people and totally treatable with the right care.
November also marks the beginning of the holiday shopping frenzy. With the crummy economy it is hard to even think about scraping together enough cash to complete your gift list. But, you know what they say - it's the thought that counts. I'll teach you how to tap into your inner Martha Stewart to give great gifts that won't break the bank.
