ADORA TIP OF THE MONTH!
Power Up With Prunes
Prunes have gotten such a bad rap that they were renamed to “dried plums” to encourage more people to give them a try. Whatever you call them, they make a fantastic snack. In addition to containing both kinds of fiber (soluble and insoluble), they also include a host of minerals including boron and potassium which studies show can actually improve bone strength. Like Dark Chocolate Adora Calcium, dried plums are also loaded with antioxidants. Pair a handful of prunes (I mean, dried plums) with your daily Adora Calcium for the ultimate bone boost.
