CONGRATS to our winner, Anne - she wrote: "In order to keep myself from eating more of my Adora than I should or need to (for me 1 disc three times a day) I let my disc melt in my mouth (I try not to chew it). After savoring the flavor in this way I always want another (and another and another) but have found that when I get through with the disc, if I rinse my mouth with a refreshing mouth wash--it changes my taste needs and cleans my mouth also. It works for me."

Great tip Anne! Letting your Adora melt in your mouth can be an exercise in true patience, but it is a great way to let your body really appreciate the taste. It is also practicing what is called Mindful Eating (a powerful weight loss technique).
